🚦 FREE THEORETICAL DRIVING COURSE (TDC) – CLUSTER I | SAN GABRIEL

The Municipality of San Gabriel successfully commenced the first day of the Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for Cluster I, bringing together participants from Lipay Square and Lacong on February 21–22.

This initiative reflects our commitment to making essential driver education accessible to all residents. Through this 15-hour mandatory seminar, aspiring drivers are being equipped with comprehensive knowledge on traffic laws, road courtesy, defensive driving, and overall road safety, key foundations in securing an LTO Student Permit.
