A COMMUNITY FOR CHILDREN: SAN GABRIEL CELEBRATES CHILDREN MONTH

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office, headed by Ma’am Arcely Villuan and guided by Mayor Lany B. Carbonell, led the 2025 Municipal Children’s Month Celebration on November 21, 2025. With the theme “OSAEC-CSAEM WAKASAN: Kaligtasan at Karapatan ng Bata, Ipaglaban,” the event highlighted the importance of upholding children’s rights and promoting a safer environment for all children.
