Issuance of Zoning Clearance for Business Permit

1 . SECURING ZONING/LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE FOR BUSINESS/RESIDENTIAL PERMIT

All business enterprises/Residential house must secure a Zoning Permit to certify that the establishment location conforms to the Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) and other Pertinent Zoning and land use ordinance.
