Renewal of Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit and Certification

Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit is a document granting franchise or license to a person, natural or juridical, allowing him to operate tricycles-for hire over specified zones. This is also known as “franchise”. Upon issuance of MTOP, Certification is issued to operators to confirm/affirm the validity of franchise.

4. Secure the order of payment that will be issued.

 *Make sure to secure the official receipt that will be issued upon payment issued.

4. Issue Order of payment after the application for MTOP was subscribed.

*Fees relative to the operation of a business:

a.) Municipal License Fee = Php100.00

*Please return to the Franchising Officer for the release of the document.

5. Check the Official Receipt.
