CALL FOR UPDATING OF CIVIL SOCIETY ORGANIZATIONS (CSOs) INVENTORY IN THE PROVINCE OF LA UNION.

Attention to all CSOs and NGOs in La Union!
Pursuant to DILG MC No. 2025-060, the Provincial Government of La Union is in the process of updating its Inventory of Civil Society Organizations as part of the upcoming accreditation and renewal for representation in local special bodies.

All Civil Society Organizations (CSOs)/Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) operating in La Union are encouraged to submit the following data at the Office of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator for the inventory:

Name of Organization
Office Address
Cellphone Number/ Telephone Number
Email Address
Services offered by the Organization
Name of the President/Chairperson
Project Development and Implementation Track Record
Community or Communities served or Currently being served
National, Regional, Provincial, City and Municipality Affiliations
Registration and/or Accreditation Information (whether the organization is registered/accredited, and by which NGA, or with a pending registration/accreditation)

Submissions are accepted until July 18, 2025 (FRIDAY).
