Celebrating Progress in Agriculture

On February 26, 2025, the Department of Agriculture – Agricultural Training Institute – Regional Training Center 1 (DA-ATI-RTC1) and the Local Government Unit of San Gabriel celebrated the inauguration ceremony of the Swine Artificial Insemination sa Barangay (SWAIB) Facility in Brgy. The ceremony was graced by Hon. Lany M. Baobaoen-Carbonell, Municipal Mayor, and Ma’am Rizalina Quiros, Municipal Agriculturist, who cut the ribbon alongside Dr. Jayvee Bryan G. Carillo, OIC-Center Director, and Dr. Maricel D. Dacapias, ISS Chief.
