Community Needs Assessment and Participatory Planning Workshop in San Gabriel

The Community Needs Assessment (CNA) and Participatory Planning Workshop were conducted in the Municipality of San Gabriel on December 10–11, 2025 under the Community Empowerment through Science and Technology (CEST) Program of the Department of Science and Technology – La Union (DOST La Union), in partnership with Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University (DMMMSU).
The activity aimed to gather baseline data and community inputs to help identify priority needs and support future planning initiatives under the CEST Program.
