Cortes and the entire team, for winning Champion in the Naimpusuan a Panagserbi Award and First Runner-Up in the Natalged a Timpuyog Award (Extra Small Category) during the 2025 Outstanding Local Civil Registry Offices in Ilocos Region Awarding Ceremony! This is a true testament to your hard work and dedication to public service.

We also send our warmest congratulations to Mrs. Clarita F. Aguda for being selected as one of the “Sangapulo a Naisangsangayan a Nataengan iti Probinsiya ti La Union” (Top Ten Outstanding Senior Citizens of La Union) for CY 2026! Thank you so much for your contributions to our community and for being an inspiring role model for our senior citizens.

And to our very own pride, Dean Artemio R. Licos, Jr., we salute you! You have been named the 2026 Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Outstanding Professional of the Year Award (OPYA) in Dentistry, the highest honor conferred by the PRC. This is such a monumental milestone not just for your family, but for the entire municipality of San Gabriel.
