Board Member Maria Rosario Eufrosina “Chary” P. Nisce paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Lany B. Carbonell at the Mayor’s Office on January 16, 2026. During the visit, Board Member Nisce personally discussed and extended the invitation to the Assembly and Provincial Election of Officers of the Lady Local Legislators’ League of the Philippines, Inc. (Four-L Phils.) – La Union Chapter, scheduled on February 2, 2026, at the Provincial Capitol.

The visit highlighted the continuing partnership between the Provincial Government and the Local Government Unit of San Gabriel in supporting women’s leadership and active participation in local governance.
