“Early Childhood Development: A fundamental aspect to a child’s growth and development”

On March 7, 2025, the Provincial Government of La Union (PGLU) conducted a distribution of aid to barangays and the distribution of manipulative toys for every child development workers. Rooted with love and purpose, and grounded in its mission to support and empower individuals in delivering a quality of education through providing essential materials and aid that enable the Child Development Workers to upskill their learners and to effectively and efficiently inculcate significant knowledge.
