“Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas

The determination and perseverance of Alternative Learning System (ALS) completers were celebrated during the End-of-School-Year Rites 2025 for the Bacnotan, San Gabriel, and San Juan Districts, held on August 11, 2025 at the San Gabriel Municipal Covered Court.
The ceremony was attended by DepEd officials, teachers, parents, and other guests, led by Guest of Honor and Speaker Valeriano A. Santiago — a seafarer and ALS passer from the San Gabriel District in 2016.
With the theme “Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas” the ceremony underscored the vital role of education in shaping citizens committed to national progress.
The Municipality of San Gabriel extends its heartfelt congratulations to all ALS graduates, wishing them greater opportunities, continued success, and the inspiration to keep pursuing their dreams.
