LA UNION GOVERNMENT PARTNER WITH DSWD REGION 1 FOR FOOD PACKS TO COMMUNITIES.

The Provincial Government of La Union, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region 1, has begun distributing family food packs to communities in San Gabriel, La Union.
Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega, along with Special Assistant to the Governor Marc Christopher Ortega and San Gabriel Mayor Lany Carbonell, led the relief efforts, covering various sitios, including Sitio Calanag, Sitio Agsit, Sitio Salangsang in Brgy. Bumbuneg, and Sitio Bonuang in Brgy. Bucao.

Governor Mario personally visited the affected areas to assess the situation and ensure the welfare of the residents. This initiative is part of the coordinated and swift response by the provincial government and local officials, prioritizing the safety and well-being of families impacted by natural calamities.
