The Municipality of San Gabriel proudly joins the province in celebrating the 126th Civil Service Month through active participation in the CSC Forum for Local Government Leaders of La Union (LU-LEAD) held at the Speaker Pro Tempore Francisco I. Ortega Convention Center, City of San Fernando, La Union.
