MUNICIPALITY OF SAN GABRIEL, LA UNION – RECOGNIZED AS TOP 02 PERFORMING LGU IN THE NATIONAL VOLUNTY BLOOD ERVICES PROGRAM.

We are pleased to announce that the Municipality of San Gabriel, La Union has been officially recognized as the Top 2 Performing Local Government Unit (LGU) in the Low Population Category for its outstanding support to the National Voluntary Blood Services Program (NVBSP) for the period of July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.

This remarkable achievement highlights the dedication, compassion, and commitment of San Gabriel’s local government and its residents in promoting voluntary blood donation.
