NCIP-RO1 Naghatid ng “Alay Serbisyo sa Pamayanang Katutubo” sa Lipay Sur

The National Commission on Indigenous Peoples Regional Office I (NCIP-RO1), led by Regional Director Atty. Arthur K. Herman, conducted its “Alay Serbisyo sa Pamayanang Katutubo” at Antonino Memorial Elementary School in Lipay Sur on June 11, 2026.
The activity brought essential services directly to Indigenous Cultural Communities/Indigenous Peoples (ICCs/IPs), including legal assistance, medical and dental services, blood sugar screening, fluoride treatment for children, and processing of applications for educational assistance and certification.
School supplies were also distributed to learners from Pre-Elementary to Grade 6 through the support of NCIP-RO1 and Cherry Cares by MSN Foundation, Inc.
Prior to the activity, NCIP-RO1 paid a courtesy visit to Mayor Hon. Lany B. Carbonell to further strengthen collaboration in implementing programs for Indigenous Peoples in the municipality.
