New Year’s Courtesy Call | January 7, 2026

To start the year with unity and shared purpose, a New Year’s Courtesy Call was paid to Governor Mario Eduardo C. Ortega and Congressman Francisco Paolo P. Ortega V at Vista La Vita, City of San Fernando, La Union.

The visit was led by Municipal Mayor Lany M. Baobaoen Carbonell, Vice Mayor Ramolito Guinomma, and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan, reaffirming strong partnership, cooperation, and commitment to advancing programs and services for the people.
