OATH-TAKING CEREMONY | Municipal Solo Parent Association of San Gabriel, La Union.

June 30, 2026 | The newly elected officers of the Municipal Solo Parent Association of San Gabriel officially took their oath of office in a ceremony administered by Hon. Lany B. Carbonell, Municipal Mayor of San Gabriel.
Leading the association is Roland L. Tugelida as President, together with Marilyn R. Macayan as Vice President, Cielo Mae C. Ochoco as Secretary, Daisy E. Marzo as Treasurer, Rosita U. Sayan as Auditor, Johanna M. Mangaguey and Raymond Macaraeg as Business Managers, and Ronalyn Kiwas as Public Relations Officer (P.R.O.).
The oath-taking marked the beginning of their commitment to serve, represent, and advocate for the welfare of solo parents in the municipality.
The Local Government Unit of San Gabriel remains steadfast in supporting initiatives that empower solo parents and promote a more inclusive, compassionate, and resilient community.
