Oath-Taking Ceremony

A meaningful Oath-Taking Ceremony of the newly elected officers of the Municipal Fisheries and Agriculture and Fishery Council (MFARMC) and Municipal Agriculture and Fishery Council (MAFC) was held, with the oath administered by our Municipal Mayor, Hon. Lany Baobaoen-Carbonell.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Sangguniang Bayan Members Hon. Benilda Bang-oa, Hon. Jonathan Obar, and Hon. Ador Abuan, whose support and commitment to the municipality’s agriculture and fisheries sector are greatly appreciated.

We proudly congratulate Mr. Belmor Bugaoan of Sitio Bunuang, Barangay Bucao, the newly elected President of the MFARMC, and Mr. Jonathan Satud of Barangay Poblacion, the newly elected President of the MAFC and to all officers.

The ceremony was also supported by the Municipal Agriculture Office, led by Municipal Agriculturist Ms. Rizalina Tugelida-Quiros, together with the Secretary of the Councils, Mr. Randy C. Laquidan.

May our newly inducted officers lead with integrity, dedication, and commitment in representing our farmers and fisherfolk and in strengthening their participation in the planning and implementation of agriculture and fisheries programs of the municipality.

May this new leadership further strengthen the partnership among our farmers, fisherfolk, community organizations, the Sangguniang Bayan, and the Local Government Unit, working together toward sustainable agriculture and fisheries, improved livelihoods, food security, and a more resilient and prosperous community.

Congratulations to all our newly inducted MFARMC and MAFC officers!

Together, let us continue to empower our farmers and fisherfolk and build a stronger and more sustainable agricultural and fisheries sector for our municipality.
