PCL Week celebration with a purpose!

In honor of Philippine Councilors League (PCL) Week on September 7, 2026, our local legislators took center stage by spearheading a collaborative community initiative in San Gabriel. Headed by SBM Isagani L. Dumaoang alongside our dedicated regular Sangguniang Bayan members and ex-officio representatives, this event showcased the true spirit of proactive, grassroots-oriented legislation.

The activity was made even more impactful through a strong, unified front with Municipal Mayor Lany Baobaoen-Carbonell, Vice Mayor Ramolito Guinomma, and our municipal heads of office. When local leaders unite to serve on the ground, community development reaches new heights!
