Yesterday, June 18, the Local Government Unit of San Gabriel joined the 2nd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), taking part in a coordinated effort to promote safety and readiness in the face of natural hazards.
The drill emphasized the proper execution of the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” technique, reinforcing the importance of discipline, alertness, and quick decision-making during earthquakes.
Through initiatives like this, LGU San Gabriel continues to uphold its commitment to safeguarding lives, ensuring that every individual is equipped not only with knowledge, but with the confidence to respond effectively when it matters most.
