​Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 128, classes at all levels shall adopt an alternative learning mode, unless otherwise directed by the Local Chief Executives.

Moreover, government offices shall adopt a work-from-home arrangement tomorrow, August 18, 2026.

This is in view of PAGASA’s Heavy Rainfall Warnings due to the Southwest Monsoon.

​The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in private companies is left at the discretion of their respective heads of office.

Offices providing essential services, such as health, disaster risk reduction, and emergency response, will remain fully operational.
