Pursuant to Malacañang Memorandum Circular No. 133, classes at all levels shall adopt an alternative learning mode, unless otherwise directed by the Local Chief Executives.

Moreover, government offices are directed to implement alternative work arrangements.

This is in anticipation of the continued heavy rainfall due to the enhanced Southwest Monsoon.

​The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in private companies is left at the discretion of their respective heads of office.

Offices providing essential services, such as health, disaster risk reduction, and emergency response, will remain fully operational.
