• Right-of-way clearing

San Gabriel: Bumbuneg, Bucao, Amontoc, Apayao, Bayabas, Lon-oy, Balbalayang, Daking, Polipol, and Lipay (Norte/Este/Proper/Sur).

San Juan: Duplas, Dasay, Balbalosa, Nagsabaran, and Nagyubuyuban.

San Fernando City: Nagyubuyuban.
