Issuance of Occupancy Permit
Occupancy Permit is required before any building or structure is used or occupied, it is usually secured after completion of structure. It is also required if there is any change in existing use or occupancy classification of a building structure or any portion thereof.

FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS MECHANISM | |
How to send feedback | Answer the client Feedback Form at the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk and drop the form at the Suggestion Box located at the lobby of the Municipal building. Contact Information: |
How feedbacks are processed | Every Friday, the person in charge opens the suggestion box and compiles, record all the comments and suggestions submitted. Feedback requiring answers are forwarded to the relevant offices and they are required to answer within three (3) days of the receipt of the feedback. The answer of the concerned office is then relayed to the citizen. |
How to file a complaint | Answer the client Complaint Form at the Public Assistance and Complaints Desk and drop the form at the Suggestion Box located at the lobby of the Municipal building.
Complaints can also be filed via telephone. Make sure to provide the following information: · Office and name of the person being complained · Incident · Evidence

How complaints are processed | The person in charge opens the complaint drop box daily and assesses each complaint.
After assessment, the in charge shall star the investigation and forward the complaint to the concerned office for their explanation.
The in charge will create a report after the investigation and shall submit it to the Head of Agency for appropriate action and will give feedback to the client.
