Replacement of Lost or Damaged Senior Citizen Identification Card
Service Information:
A document issued to elderly citizens as a proof of eligibility per Article 6 Rule IV of IRR of RA 9994 known as the “Expanded Senior citizens Act of 2010”. This card is issued to the elderly in the Municipality by the Office for Senior Citizens Affair through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office.
