Collection of Regulatory Fees and Service Charges
Fees are collected by the Municipality of San Gabriel in the exercise of its police power. They are imposed in relation to the services rendered in regulating business and other activities with its jurisdiction, such as the privilege to operate an establishment or the practice of a profession. The Municipality of San Gabriel also authorized to levy and collect charges in the exercise of is proprietary function, not for regulatory purposes but for the benefit and advantage of citizens.
