2.    On the Scheduled Date of Assessment and appraisal on your property wait for the Municipal Assessor’s Office and participate with the ocular inspection

2.    Conduct the appraisal and assessment on your property

3.    Submit the required documents and return after 20 days

3.    Receive the documents and check the given requirements on the Checklist of Requirements for New assessment.

3.1.  Prepare the Field Investigation Report

3.2. Draw the Floor plan of the building

3.3. Process the documents and prepare Field Appraisal and Assessment Sheet using the iTAX system

3.4. Verify the records of the Tax Declaration of the lot

3.5. Draw the actual sketch based on the Tax Map of the lot..

3.6. Prepare for the Endorsement of the transactions

3.7. Sort the documents

3.8. Forward to the Municipal Assessor for review and signature

3.9. Submit the documents to the provincial Office for approval

4.    Wait for the approval of the Application of New Tax Declaration

4. The provincial office will check and verify the submitted transactions

 

4.1.       Forward to the Provincial Assessor for approval

4.2.       Follow-up the transaction if it is already approved
