Appraisal and Assessment of Real Properties and Issuance of Tax Declaration for Unidentified Tax Declaration

The service provides the property owners identify the actual location of their property on the tax map and have their own Tax Declaration as basis for the computation of real property tax.

3. On the Scheduled Date of Ocular Inspection on your property wait for the Municipal Assessor’s Office and participate with the ocular inspection

4. Confirm boundary owners in the Field Investigation Report

4. 4. Prepare the Field Investigation Report

4.1.  Process the documents and prepare Field Appraisal and Assessment Sheet using the iTAX system

4.2. Draw the actual sketch based on the Tax Map

4.3. Prepare for the Endorsement of the transactions

4.4. Sort the documents

4.5. Forward to the Municipal Assessor for review and signature

4.6. Submit the documents to the provincial Office for approval

5.  Wait for the approval of the Application of New Tax Declaration

5. The provincial office will check and verify the submitted transactions

5.1 Forward to the Provincial Assessor for approval

5.2.       Follow-up the transaction if it is already approved

6.    After 20 days return to the Municipal Assessor Office to follow-up the transaction of the property. And fill-up the request form
