Issuance of Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit (MTOP) and Certification – (Change of MTOP)

(Change of MTOP)

Motorized Tricycle Operator’s Permit is a document granting franchise or license to a person, natural or juridical, allowing him to operate tricycles-for hire over specified zones. This is also known as “franchise”. Upon issuance of MTOP, Certification is issued to operators to confirm/affirm the validity of franchise. Change of MTOP is the manner of changing the ownership of unit or transfer of MTOP and changing the unit registered in the MTOP.

4. Secure the order of payment to be issued.

*Make sure to secure the official receipt that will be issued upon payment.

4. Issue Order of payment after the application for MTOP was subscribed.
