Strengthening coordination and collaboration between the Public Attorney’s Office and the Local Government Unit

The Bacnotan District Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) paid a courtesy call to Hon. Mayor Lany Baobaoen Carbonell.
The visit was led by Atty. Howard Yano Chan and Atty. Romualdo B. Obar, strengthening coordination and collaboration between the Public Attorney’s Office and the Local Government Unit in the delivery of accessible legal services to the public.
For public information, the PAO–Bacnotan District Office officially opened on January 5, 2026, located at the 3rd Floor, Bacnotan Public Market, where legal services and related assistance are available to the public.
