The Department of Health (DOH) Doctors to the Barrios (DTTB) Program deploys a Rural Health Physician

On January 20, 2025, a significant courtesy call took place between the newly deployed Rural Health Physician (RHP), Rowludimean Vera O. Buaquen, MD, and Mayor Lany M. Baobaoen-Carbonell. Mayor Lany assured that serving under this initiative, she will also become an integral member of the community like others under the DTTB program. She also emphasized that San Gabriel is now her home and she should feel at home serving and providing healthcare services to the people.
