The Municipality of San Gabriel, led by Mayor Lany B. Carbonell

The Municipality of San Gabriel, led by Mayor Lany B. Carbonell, has officially finalized a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Union Christian College (UCC), represented by its President, Rev. Dr. Ferdinand A. Anno. This agreement establishes a formal partnership that opens our local health facilities for the affiliation and clinical exposure of UCC’s nursing students.
Through this collaboration, the municipality will provide students with the opportunity to gain actual clinical experience and fulfill their Related Learning Experience (RLE) requirements. This initiative is supported by Municipal Health Officer Dr. Ruth M. De Las Peñas and UCC Dean of Health Sciences Dr. Marites B. Cadam-us, who both stood as witnesses to the signing.
Beyond supporting the education of future healthcare professionals, this partnership enhances our local health services by integrating fresh talent into our community health programs.

We look forward to a productive partnership that benefits both the aspiring nurses of UCC and the people of San Gabriel.
