The Municipality of San Gabriel warmly extends its sincerest gratitude and congratulations to the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region 1 for their unwavering dedication and service to our community.
We would like to recognize the leadership of Regional Director Glorioso Daniel Z. Martinez, Assistant Regional Director Eric C. Suriben, the LTO San Fernando District Office headed by Mr. Felix P. Sotelo, as well as the Licensing Center led by Ms. Elsie M. Buenaventura and former Chief Ms. Evangeline V. Agbunag.
More than the program itself, what truly made a difference was the time, effort, and commitment shown by the entire team and the dedicated lecturers who spent four weekends bringing the Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) closer to our people. By offering it free of charge and making it accessible within our communities, you have not only eased the burden on many families but also opened opportunities for our youth and underserved sectors to learn, grow, and become responsible road users.
This initiative is a reminder that genuine public service goes beyond duty, it reaches people, changes lives, and builds safer communities.
