“We must embrace pain and burn it as fuel for our journey.” – Kenji Miyazawa
Massive congratulations to all our athletes for an outstanding performance at the Region 1 Athlete’s Association (R1AA)!
Bringing home three (3) gold medals, two (2) silver medals, and two (2) bronze medals is a testament to everyone’s dedication, sacrifice, and hard work. Competing at this level is an incredible experience, and it’s an honor for our athletes to showcase their exceptional skills. These matches tested their abilities, challenged their limits, and provided valuable lessons along the way.
This significant milestone was achieved with the unwavering support of our dedicated coaches, Ms. Aileen G Awingan and Ms. Grace Panganiban-costales , who have been instrumental in guiding our athletes’ growth as both competitors and practitioners.
We also extend our heartfelt gratitude to our trainers, Mr. Mauricio Sao-an and Mr. Edson Esteban, whose expertise and dedication pushed our athletes to their limits. Through their strategic methods—executing pins, throws, and intricate techniques on the mats—they have shaped our athletes into formidable contenders.
In the world of competition, we win some and lose some, but every experience shapes us into stronger, more resilient athletes. Keep striving, keep improving, and keep the passion alive!
